Tips on how to stay active in your family
Juggling work, family and a healthy life at the same time is tough. But you have to do it since it is for your own benefit and especially for your kids. Active parents can have an effect on their children in their daily lives. Research shows that when you are physically active, your kids are also active. Spend at least one day a week to do something fun that get everyone in your family active like, go hiking, go biking, go swimming and so on.
Find out if there are any yoga or aerobics classes in your neighborhood so that you can spend time doing it with your kids. Or if your kid is too young for the class, you can teach them about it after you learn it; so that you can enjoy together.

Your family room usually displays to be a place of relaxation and fun, because there are TV, DVD, and video games of your kids. Just a little change to it to make sure that it does not look too relaxed in the family. Incorporate the room into a place of activities.
Create fun while doing your chores
Chore sounds like a tiring work, but if you can make them to be fun chores, everyone will like doing them. For example, racing together to see if who can finish cleaning the parts in the house first. Play music while your kid and you are doing laundry together.
Plan food preparation together
Bring your kids with you to go shopping in a vegetable and fruit sections. Let them choose their own favorite so that they can enjoy them and finish them if they could. Doing this is fun and it is a healthy lifestyle as a family.
