Cucumber contains substances that help maintain skin hydration level by making it firm.
Instructions: Pour mineral water into a jar. Put the thinly sliced cucumber into the jar and stir it for a while, and then keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
Aloe Vera is a very good plant for treating illness and it has been used for many generations. One of its benefits we used to know is that it helps cure inflamed skin.
Instruction: Just remove its skin and take out its gel flesh. You may use blender mix it with water, and make your own juice.
Kale is rich in Vitamin A and K. Vitamin A helps repair your damaged skin while vitamin K helps remove the dark area around your eyes.
Instruction: Mix together 1 cup of kale, ½ banana, and ¾ cup of apple juice and ½ cup of ice.
Berry and flaxseed
Both of them are very important for your skin. In Berries, there is antioxidant preventing your skin from getting diseases. Flaxseed contains acid that help boost the healing of your skin and make it glow.
Instruction: Mix 1 ½ cup of mixed berries, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, ½ cup natural yogurt, and `1/2 cup of milk.
