A few tips to work out in your office
Working for 8 hours straight does not do any good on your body. And a long hard working day sometimes does not make you feel interested in doing other activities too. However, we have some easy tips for you to work out in your workplace.
- Seated yourself in a chair and sit up while straighten up your legs and feet together. Lift and extend your arms with your palm facing down, keep them at your shoulder level and make them straight out in front of you. Then pull your shoulder blade back together and relax. Do this five times.
- While in the chair, make yourself to the front of the chair with your hands on the edge of the chair and your fingers pointing forward. Make few steps forward and lift your body while bending it a little. Move your body up and down by bending your elbows. Do this for 20 minutes.
- Stand up next to a desk and start spreading your legs wide enough while keeping your torso upright. Don’t lean forward. Start moving up and down few inches for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Stand up next to your chair. Put your right hand on the back height of the chair while your left hand behind your head with your elbow pointing away from your body. Then raise your right heel and bend your left knee, then lifting your left knee till it reaches your hip level. Repeat it for 20 minutes.
